How do I get Sage One to use on my mobile phone?

The Sage One mobile app is available for use on mobile phones using the iOS and Android operating systems.1To get the app:

  1. Visit the App Store or Google play on your mobile phone
  2. Search for Sage One
  3. Download the app
  4. Enter your Sage One login details to access Sage One on your phone

How do I provide my accountant access to my data?

Your accountant needs Sage One Accountant Edition to send you a connection request and access your data. They can get Sage One Accountant edition here. Also forward your accountant these instructions to ensure you and your accountant can connect with each other.

Can I add users?

Yes. You can add an unlimited number of users for no additional charge. Go into the settings menu of Sage One to add more users.

Which currencies can I use with Sage One?

Sage One uses Canadian Dollar as its currency.

Can I collect credit and debit card payments with Sage One?

Yes. Sage One lets you collect credit and debit card payments through Sage Payment Solutions2 and PayPal when you send an electronic invoice to your clients using Sage One.

Can I use Sage One with Sage 50 Accounting?

Yes. As a Sage 50 Accounting customer you can benefit from Sage One features such as online invoicing, online expense management, bank feeds and recording credit and debit card payments.
