Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received on or before midnight ET Friday, July 10, 2015, to receive a refund, less a 25% service and processing fee. Cancellation requests received after midnight ET Friday, July 10, 2015, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Transfer of the registration fee to subsequent years is not permitted.
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time (up to one week prior to conference). Replacements must be from the same company. Transferring registration status to an individual outside your company is not permitted. Contact Sage Summit Headquarters at 800-648-2657 or 636-827-8046 to request a cancellation substitution or a full cancellation. Note: The process is not complete until the new attendee request is submitted and the attendee substitution has registered.
