What if I need assistance?
Your subscription service includes access to help and advice by phone, chat, email and online. Our support analysts are even able to diagnose and help solve issues by remotely accessing your software—only with your permission, of course.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription up to seven days before your renewal date. You will have up to 20 days after the expiration date to continue to use the software. During this time, Sage 50 will provide reminders that the expiration date has passed. After 20 days, the product will operate in read-only mode. You may view existing information, but may not record new transactions.
Do I need Internet connectivity?
Sage Mobile Sales is a convenient and intuitive iPad app that empowers you and your sales team to create quotes and orders and receive payments wherever your customers are located—in their office, on the job site, even at the coffee shop.

Is my version of Sage 50 Accounting compatible with Sage Mobile Sales?
Sage Mobile Sales is compatible with Sage 50 Accounting 2015.1—U.S. Edition and later versions.
What are the system requirements for Sage Mobile Sales?
Sage 50 Accounting—U.S. Edition customers must be on a current Sage Business Care plan and:
- Using an Apple® iPad or iPad mini on iOS 7 or higher
- Running Sage 50 Accounting 2015.1 or higher
- Using Internet Explorer 9 or 10, Chrome, or Firefox browser
How often does Mobile Sales sync with my Sage 50 software?
Sage Mobile Sales will synchronize with your Sage 50 software whenever a change occurs in your software. For example, when an order is entered, inventory is decremented, or a customer is added in the Sage 50 system. Sage 50 must be running on your desktop or laptop computer for the Sage Mobile Sales app to synch with your software.
